If you have problems in using this site, you will find the solution here:

• Click on “registration” in the menu or on the login page
  
• Enter your personal data (all fields marked with * are obligatory)
  
• The user name is your e-mail address
  
• Enter a password (min. 5 characters)
  
• Click on “register”
• After having registered, you are automatically logged in
  
• Select now the desired insurance
  
• Enter all required data such as type, deposit, travel price etc. (Attention! Number fields must not include special characters)
• Click on “calculate”
• Check your data once again and accept the conditions of insurance
• Click on “buy

• Click on “Login” in the menu
  
• Enter you e-mail address in the field “user name” on the login page
  
• Enter your password
• Click on “Login”

• Click on “Login” in the menu
  
• On the login page click on “password forgotten”
  
• Enter your e-mail address and click on “save”
  
• You will receive an e-mail with a link
  
• Click on this link and assign a new password on the following page
• Now you are automatically logged in

…take out further insurance

• Select now the desired insurance
  
• Enter all required data such as type, deposit, travel price etc. (Attention! Number fields must not include special characters)
• Click on “calculate”
• Check your data once again and accept the conditions of insurance
  
• Click on “buy”

• Click on “taken out insurance”
  
• Select the chosen insurance from the list and click on the insurance number
  

…change my personal data

• Click on “My data” in the menu
  
• Click on “edit”
• Change the data as desired
• Click on "save"

• Click on “taken out insurance”
  
• Select the chosen insurance from the list and click on the insurance number
  
• You will find the modification box on the right side of the page
  
• Click on “continue”
• Fill in the fields
• Click on “calculate”
• Check your data once again and accept the conditions of insurance
  
• Click on “send”

• Click on “report damage event” in the menu
  
• Select the chosen insurance from the list and click on the insurance number
  
• Fill in the damage report and indicate the way you want to send the documents
  
• Click on “continue”
• Check your data once again and accept the conditions of insurance
  
• Click on “send”

• Click on “taken out insurance”
  
• Select the chosen insurance from the list and click on the insurance number
  
• You will find the blue card box on the right side of the page
  
• Click on “continue”
• Fill in the fields and indicate the way you want to send the confirmation of payment
  
• Check your data once again and accept the conditions of insurance
  
• Click on “send”
