The UNIQA Charterprice protection The UNIQA bad debts insurance covers your charter in case neither the chartered nor an alternative yacht can be made available by the charter company at the agreed time for the following reasons: - insolvency of the charter company between booking and departure - boating accident or sinking Additional coverage for bookings via one of the agencies listed with UNIQA: - not forwarding of the customer’s money NEW - professional sailing weather! UNIQA offers to all customers taking out or already holding an "insurance for watersports" free access to the premium area of the new sailing weather portal. You can take advantage of the detailled reports of the premium area as long as you have a valid insurance contract.

Was ist versichert? - Versichert gelten Unfälle in Zusammenhang mit der Yachtführung sowie Bergung aus Seenot Versicherungssummen bzw. Leistung pro Yacht (einfach/doppelt) - Euro 30.000.- / 60.000.- für Bergungskosten nach Unfall sowie Suche und Bergung bei Seenot - Euro 100.000.- / 200.000.- für Dauernde Invalidität ( ab 25%-iger Invalidität) - Euro 10.000.- / 20.000.- im Todesfall (an die gesetzlichen Erben) Die Versicherungssummen werden durch die Anzahl der Besatzung( Skipper und Crew) dividiert. Für das einzelne Mitglied stehen somit die anteiligen Summen zur Verfügung. Bei Seenot steht die gesamte Summe für Bergungskosten zur Verfügung. Versicherungsbedingungen Als Grundlagefür die Skipperunfallversicherung gelten die Allgemeine Bedingungen für die Unfallversicherung (AUVB 1999). Diese Bedingungen liegen der Polizze bei.
